"Wow, what can I say, this has been the most amazing journey ever. When I first started coaching, I had no idea what I was getting into. I had no idea how much it would change my life. Never before had I ever experienced such 'excellence'. The journey began for me as a student at TCI, as I was employed full time and had no intention of leaving. As I progressed through the training, it quickly became evident to me that this is my calling - to serve and support my fellow human beings in being the best they can be. What I didn't know was that there was a journey there for me to take first. Three months into my journey, through a coaching session, I made the decision to resign from my full time work and coach full time as a franchisee of The Coaching Institute.
At that time I had a pattern of taking the scenic route and a long time to believe in my self that I could do it. Yet, looking back on each situation, its true. To hold someone to 'excellence' is calling it as you see it and cutting through the bullshit. I remember Sharon saying that I will be your most 'unreasonable friend'. Expecting nothing but the best. It was through this amazing mentoring, that I have become a very successful coach with a full coaching practice and extremely confident in my abilities as a coach. I know and believe that without that constant push to get to the next level, I certainly wouldn't have achieved even half of what I have achieved so far, and it's just the beginning.
It's impossible to show the gratitude that I have to Sharon, for starting 'TCI', for assisting me to change my life, so I am constantly striving to be an even more awesome coach and leader, as that's what I believe drives Sharon and 'TCI' to continuously serve, support and nurture.
