Hay Lam has an honours degree in Engineering and a MBA. He is also a Practitioner of neuro linguistic programming (NLP). Hay Lam had developed his Leadership skills through building high performing teams in Philips and H.J.Heinz. The next 8 years was when Hay Lam built his expertise in senior executive roles of major Retail organizations, namely Sainsbury’s in the UK, which led to him being asked to come to Australia and lead one of the most ambitious retail change programmes in the Southern Hemisphere for Coles Myer. What both organizations recognized and had consistently fed-back to Hay Lam was his demonstration of the human touch when working with suppliers through to the store teams to serve the customers and hit results.
Hay Lam’s passions are in the field of FMCG, Retail and the most important ingredient People, which has led him to be the coach of choice for several leading Australian-wide customer-facing organisations.
