Who is The Coaching Institute?
The Coaching Institute is dedicated to assisting people achieve their goals, be it in their lives, careers or business. Started in 2003 by Sharon Pearson, The Coaching Institute offers nationally accredited coach training programs, as well as outstanding coaching solutions for organisations throughout Australia.
The Leadership Essentials Coaching Program is the cornerstone to The Coaching Institute’s coaching programs, with its focus on targeted coaching solutions for executives and business owners.
The Coaching Institute also offers the Certificate IV in Life Coaching, the Diploma of Life Coaching, the Certificate IV in Business and the Certificate IV in Executive and Workplace Coaching. Each program is nationally accredited.
Selected coaches from our programs become TCI Leadership Coaches. These coaches undertake extensive coach training in leadership and business skills, as well as NLP and public speaking.
