What do I do and sell as a coach?
Your role as a TCI Leadership Coach is to assist owners of small and medium sized businesses with all aspects of their business, and to assist leaders within organisations improve their leadership effectiveness.
The TCI coaching system is designed to get the best results possible for your clients in a way that is profitable for you and effective for your client.
You will be a sounding board, support, mentor and educational source for your clients as they move forward to achieve their goals.
The Coaching Institute Coaches offer the Leadership Essentials Coaching Programs, as well as group coaching, workshops, EQ for Leaders training, and several TCI branded books, CD’s and DVD’s.
As a Leadership Coach you will spend your time meeting with future clients, coaching your clients either on the phone or at your office, preparing and delivering training seminars or performing Diagnostic for your clients.
