What will determine my success as a coach?
A successful coach doesn’t waste time reinventing the wheel – they use the systems that are in place to build their coaching practice. They are focused, disciplined and goal driven. They have a solution-focused mindset and enjoy assisting others to achieve their goals.
Your success will be driven by your desire to build your coaching practice, how well you apply what you are taught and how much time you spend on your business. It will also be determined by your ability to assist others to create the changes they are looking for.
Reasons for failure include not using the systems, not doing the work needed or doing enough marketing, not loving selling to other leaders, not having the discipline to run a successful small business, not taking responsibility for running a small business or being under-funded as they start up their business.
