How many hours will I need to work?
Your success in building your full-time coaching practice will require full-time attention and focus, and sometimes more! Whilst you get to use the systems and materials that are provided for you as part of your franchise start up pack, you still need to get out there and build your practice. This will take commitment and effort on your part – the same effort and commitment you will be expecting of your own clients!
We calculate that for every 3 hours of marketing you would expect to do one hour of coaching with a client. In the beginning this may be with a life coaching client, as you build your confidence, and then you would move onto your business and leadership clients.
