For one-on-one coaching -
Your first step is to speak with one of our coaches or consutants and determine which service would best-fit you and your team. You will then meet with your coach and discuss the scope of the coaching initiative and decide how it will be rolled out. From there you will meet with your coach weekly or fortnightly as you work on your goals and business plans.
For larger coaching initiatives -
Your first step is to meet with your coach and determine the scope of the coaching initiative, who will be included, and the outcomes that are sort. From this you will have a clear direction for the coaching initiative, which may include half-day workshops, group coaching, individual coaching for some members of your team and phone coaching and teleclasses.
Measurable performance indicators are used throughout the initiative so that both coach and client know the program is effective in achieving predetermined goals.
